Method 1: Check how many users are affected

  • For this, the user needs to head to the company menu, and click on the Set up users and Password
  • Once done with that head to set up users

  • The user is then required to click on set up users and roles

Method 2: Open and repair QuickBooks Desktop

For Windows 10:
