- Head to the company file location
- Right click the company file and choose copy Ctrl + C keys
- Open the new folder and right click and choose paste tab
- Press and hold the ctrl key

- Click on open or restore an existing company
- Choose open a company file and hit next
- Browse to the desktop file that you copied in a new folder
